"Celebrating Over 13 Years Serving The Citizens Of Atlanta"
994 Criminal Arrests Between 02/2003 And 02/2006 As Unit 3253!
WELCOME
TO MY HOMEPAGE! Here you will find information about the Department, the
Zone Precinct, and my extended police family. This site is always expanding, and is being constantly updated so be sure to bookmark it!
I
joined the Atlanta Police Department in 1994. After an extensive 6 months of training at the Herbert T. Jenkins Atlanta Police Academy, I was posted to the Zone 2 Precinct, in the Buckhead area of the city, where
I am now the Administrative Larceny Officer, on the Day Watch (7:00am to 3:00pm). As Unit 2239, I follow up on Commercial, and Citizen Thefts, and Theft from Vehicles. Also, included are Fraudulent Checks, Financial Transaction Card Fraud, and Identity Theft. I am the "go between" with the Zone Detectives, and the Patrol Officers. This unit is Zone wide, and is involved with most aspects of Zone 2 Precinct's operations.
Answering
911 calls for service is just a small part of what I do during my tour,
on the watch. I try to be proactive instead of reactive, preventing crime,
thereby having more time in service to accomplish a broader range of activities such
as solving traffic problems, mediating disputes, or just trying to get
a bulb
fixed in the streetlight near your home. I want you to know who I am, not
only
as a front line representitive of the city government, but also as a resident
of the city
in which I live, where what happens has a direct effect on myself as citizen and your neighbor.
The Atlanta Police Department is
my extended family, and we all work as a team with the residents of the city! If
It's information about home security you need, an abandoned car that you're
tired of looking at, auto theft deterrents, information on city services.....whatever,
we are here for you! The officers and myself are true professionals, who will go the extra mile
to help. If you need information on any aspect of the Atlanta Police
Department, including employment information, you will find it here.
